During a three-night stay, I found the upstairs suite to be remarkably spacious and beautifully decorated, making our family feel right at home. The north-facing windows provided an abundance of natural light, which complemented the modern bathroom with its heated floors and fluffy towels. Plus, it was convenient to have the local gardens and the town center just a short stroll away. I especially loved how relaxing our time was after busy days exploring Dunedin’s sights.

My stay at Beechwood Boutique Accommodation for two nights was exceptional. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable work environment. The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming, sharing valuable tips about the area. The modern amenities, including a great shower and luxury bathroom products, contributed to a wonderfully relaxing experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the whole place was spotless I mean it was clean like a lab after a successful cook. The host was super friendly even helped us find some local spots to grab a bite I felt like I was getting insider info from a pro.
